Namnet Mamuthone kommer fr\u00e5n den traditionella masken som b\u00e4rs under traktens k\u00e4nda karneval.<\/p>\n<p>Sedilesu anv\u00e4nder spontan j\u00e4sning med skalmaceration i 15 dagar. J\u00e4sningen sker i st\u00e5ltankar och d\u00e4refter ligger vinet i stora ekfat (5 000 liter) f\u00f6r mikrosyres\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>F\u00e4rg, doft och smak<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00e4rgen \u00e4r m\u00f6rkt r\u00f6d. I doften finns mogen m\u00f6rk frukt, enb\u00e4r, svag doft av ek. Smaken \u00e4r kryddig med peppar, enb\u00e4r och m\u00f6rka b\u00e4r. En fint balanserad str\u00e4vhet.
